EFES Georgia is a representative company of EFES Breweries International (EBI) in Georgia and produces local and licensed beer and lemonade brands on the Georgian market. EFES Georgia is the leader of the Georgian beer and lemonade market. The company has been in export markets since 2006. Currently, beer and lemonade are exported to 23 countries.
We offer consumers 13 beer brands such as Natakhtari, Natakhtari Extra, Karva, Kasris, Taati, Staropramen, Lowenbrau, including imported brands: Efes, Stella Artois, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Corona, and Beck's. EFES Georgia produces different aromas of Natakhtari Lemonade and mixes of Natakhtari Zigzag. Moreover, we offer consumers Energy Drink PEAK.

The history of the company starts back in 1991 with a small Lomisi Brewery in Village Akhalgori, on the Ksani riverside.
In 2005, Natakhtari Brewery was built. Location of the brewery was not chosen accidentally. It was caused by ecologically clean surrounding, close distance from the capital and what is the most important by the unique spring water of Natakhtari. Very soon brewery acquired name of beer market leader company.
Since 2006 the company is presented in export markets.
EFES Breweries International (EBI) got interested by brewery activities; it acquired 100% of the company. EBI is one of the largest beer producers in the world. Management pays a lot of attention to the implementation of international standards and quality management. Investments are made for production lines and acquisition of the latest laboratory equipment.
The company founded Natakhtari Fund, aimed at strengthening and preparing youth without parental care for independent living.
The project is being carried out with the partnership of the NGO: Association Our Home – Georgia.
We understand the importance of sustainable management and responsible consumption of water resources. That is why since 2012, EFES Georgia operates a biological Wastewater Treatment Plant, which processes the wastewater produced by the whole industrial cycle.
This technology is recognized in the world as one of the best for breweries.
In 2017, EFES Georgia acquired the license of Staropramen beer production, with the Czech side responsible for beer quality control.
The beer made with Traditional Czech method, which is brewed already for 150 years.
In 2019, EFES Georgia acquired the license of Löwenbräu beer production, with the German side responsible for beer quality control.
The brand has almost 600 years of history and its main expression is the lion - the symbol of strength, self-confidence and Bavaria.
In 2019, AB InBev had the largest market share in the world. AB InBev is the leader of the world beer market in 2009 and its market share is 30%.
